Placer County Transportation Planning Agency (PCTPA) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide the Agency with advice and representation in advocating for agency projects and issues with Federal officials.

Proposing consultants must provide their qualifying proposal in Adobe PDF format (no more than 10 pages in length, 11 point font), and e-mail the proposal to Matt Click (mclick@pctpa.net) by 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time), on Friday, January 13, 2023. The subject line of the e-mail shall state “Proposal for PCTPA Federal Advocacy Services”.

The RFQ deadline is firm. Late proposals will not be accepted.

It is expected that a contract will be awarded in March 2023, with work to commence shortly thereafter.

All proposals, whether selected or rejected, shall become the property of PCTPA upon submittal. PCTPA reserves the right to award all or portions of this contract as described in the RFQ.  PCTPA is an equal opportunity employer, and women and minority owned businesses (DBEs) are encouraged to apply.
